INTENTION CALENDAR FOR 2008
WILL
OPEN ON JULY 9TH AT
9:00 AM
¨ Requests
made by REGISTERED PARISHIONERS will be honored first.
¨ This
year up to 5 (FIVE) requests per family will be accepted, HOWEVER NO
MORE THAN 3 MAY BE SCHEDULED FOR A WEEKEND MASS (SATURDAY NIGHT OR
SUNDAY).
¨ ALL
REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING.
They may be submitted by mail or in person at the Rectory office,
Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., starting on the 9th.
¨ REQUESTS
MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, AND A DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER
in case we need to contact you about conflicts, or with a question..
¨ NO
REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY PHONE
until all written
requests have been scheduled.
¨ Each
request will be dated upon receipt and honored on a “first received,
first scheduled” basis.
¨ If
the dates you request are not available, the closest date(s) to your
request will be scheduled. You may suggest an alternate date or
weekend.
¨ Requested
donation for each Mass is still $10. This donation should be included
with your request.
¨ A
letter of confirmation will be sent to you.
